Office/clinic appointments with Dr. Nagdee are located in the North York Medical Arts Building at 222-1333 Sheppard Ave E.

Cystoscopy appointments are located at the North York General Hospital Minor Surgical Procedures Centre at 300-243 Consumers Rd.

Dr. Nagdee performs surgical procedures at the North York General Hospital main site at 4001 Leslie St.

Please ensure you bring an up to date list of prescription medications. An itemized list of medical diagnoses and prior surgical procedures is also helpful.

Complete all requested blood or urine tests 1 week before your appointment.

Dr. Nagdee is committed to providing timely care and high quality care. When patients are late or miss appointments without advanced notice it makes it harder for others to get the care they need.

If appointments are cancelled without 24 hours notice, a $100.00 no-show fee will be applied.
